Biography

Born in Magelang, Indonesia, Bayuwega Madyasta grew up in the capital city Jakarta. He started to play the piano at five years old and the violin and the cello in his teenage years. At the age of 16 he discovered film and video game music through Hans Zimmer and Nobuo Uematsu, whose music influenced his works. He studied musicology at Philipps-Universität Marburg and continued to explore the sound he was looking for at SAE Institute Cologne.

Since 2019 he has been writing soundtracks for several film and video game projects in his home studio. As a cellist he joined the Hexxana Su band by the end of 2020.
